SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, project updates, customer support messages, account notifications, and promotional messages to customers who have contacted or booked an appointment with Set Up Project Management through our website at https://setuppm.com, via our contact or scheduling forms, or through other approved opt-in methods, and have explicitly consented to receive SMS communications.
Opt-in is collected through web forms containing a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer support communications, account notifications, project-related updates, and occasional marketing or promotional offers.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
